Shahrzad citizen super app is the platform for providing comprehensive e-services of Tehran Municipality, made available to the public to facilitate citizens’ access and smarten urban services. Users must use the provided services in a lawful, authorized, and ethical manner, and any illegal use will be subject to follow-up.

All users’ personal and financial information is kept confidential, and Tehran Municipality is committed to complying with data protection laws. Users are responsible for keeping their account secure, including not sharing account information, and the municipality bears no responsibility for misuse resulting from the user’s negligence.

Users are responsible for all financial transactions carried out through their account and must promptly notify support if they notice suspicious activity. All fees and commissions are shown in the app before a transaction is completed. The withdrawal limit is set to a maximum of 1,000,000 tomans per month and 3,000,000 tomans per quarter.

Any publication of illegal, offensive, or law-violating content through Shahrzad platforms and communication channels may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the user account.
