This ticket, in the form of a dynamic and multi-use QR code, turns your mobile phone into a comprehensive ticket card. Using it is extremely simple: the QR code appears on your phone screen, and you just need to place it in front of the electronic eyes of metro entrance gates or bus devices. The travel cost is deducted directly from your Shahrzad digital wallet without any delay or concern about small change. This integrated ticket is usable for all metro routes and the bus fleet, bringing a fast, hygienic, and flawless smart public transport experience to Tehran citizens.

Online purchase of metro and BRT single-trip tickets

To facilitate citizens' access to public transport, Shahrzad provides the option to buy single-trip tickets online. Purchased tickets are provided as a QR code image easily saved in the phone gallery, and passengers can scan them directly on gates or bus devices.
